Don't take our word for it...

Rather than bombard you with unsubstantiated superlatives and self-serving quotes, here are links to all of our major competitors. Most have fully functional demos. Download and compare them for yourself. If you want us to highlight some of the major differences or help you in any other way to make a reasoned decision, please call our sales department at 1 (800) 532-7114.

Independent Bankruptcy Software Specialists

These companies do nothing but develop and support bankruptcy software. They have in-depth, and independent, experience in the field of bankruptcy and they maintain a high level of staff continuity. They get it right, and on time, because they are focused on a single product.

General Publishers

These companies are not primarily software developers, but publishers of textbooks and public data. None of them developed the bankruptcy software that they sell. At the time of acquisition, each program could deliver large customer lists to its parent company for cross-marketing and bundling with other high margin products. They often have local sales reps who are willing to visit your office.

Macintosh

We're down to just one surviving Mac product - a Filemaker template. Most Mac bankruptcy attorneys rely on Windows emulation software like Parallels or VMWare Fusion. Bankruptcy2010™, (originally designed for the Mac) runs smoothly on these emulation programs, (and others), including electronic filing, credit reports, rapid import and other internet based features.
