Annual Maintenance Contract

Since Bankruptcy Reform in October, 2005, nearly every Official Form has changed at least once per year, with some forms such as the means test Form 22, changing more than once per year. In addition, since the IRS, DOJ and Census Bureau are on different schedules, the means test itself has changed on a minimum of three times per year. Back to back CM-ECF changes, that now require double the amount of data to be submitted at case opening, has meant that any program older than 2-3 months, is inherently obsolete.

To make sure our users always have legally up-to-date software, Bankruptcy2010™ notifies users whenever a newer version is needed for their particular court district, and it lets them update right through their program. With a broadband connection the entire process takes barely one minute.

With an annual maintenance contract users are free to download not only updates, but new installations for new staff or computers throughout the year.

Highlights of the Last Twelve Months
