Did You Know?
- Many vendors require that a virtual assistant own, and maintain, a separate license.
- Even vendors that allow virtual assistants require separate partitions on your hard drive and/or
separate installations for each attorney for whom an assistant works.
- Some vendors do not allow virtual assistants to use certain features of their programs,
such as filing electronically or downloading credit reports, even with the permission of the employing attorney.
credit reports.
- More and more attorneys themselves are acting as virtual assistants by providing bankruptcy
services to other attorneys.
- You can have as many virtual assistants working for you as you want - we don't count heads.
- Virtual Bankruptcy Assistance is a fast growing field as many bankruptcy staffers discover that
they can work for other attorneys, down the hall, across the street, in another city, state or country. Some assistants
are familiar with practices and forms in many different court districts.
Why Every VBA (Virtual Bankruptcy Assistant) Should use Bankruptcy2010™
- Open Licensing. VBAs do not need a license to use Bankruptcy2010™ - all VBAs act as agents for
a licensed attorney.
- It's Free. Since you are merely working as the agent for a licensed attorney, and since we
license the attorney, not workstations, you are free to use Bankruptcy2010™ as the agent for your attorney.
- Multiple settings and profiles. Each attorney has his own file with his private profile information. All
you have to do is select the desired licensee and all of his personal settings, preferences, local forms, etc. are
automatically loaded.
- No partitions or multiple installations. A single copy of Bankruptcy2010™ is all you need to install.
Add as many licensees to a single installation as you want.
- No reboots. Many programs that do allow you to work for multiple attorneys, nevertheless require that
each attorney's profile be installed in a separate folder, partition, or login.
- No Fear. Some vendors have extremely restrictive and/or ambiguous licensing agreements. Never worry about
whether or not you are legal. With Bankruptcy2010™ the attorney is responsible for owning a license - his assistants,
whoever or whereever
they may be ride along for free.
- Easy updates. With just a single installation, whenever a newer version is released, you only have to update
your one installation. Other programs require that you reboot or restart different versions of their software and
then update them one at a time.
